Requesting changes to your Brand Template

Getting your logo, intro, outro or font changed: what you adjust yourself and what the cofenster team sets up for you.

Your Brand Template needs a change? A new logo, an anniversary logo for a campaign, a different outro or a new font: here is how it works.

What you can adjust yourself

  • Swapping the logo: including temporarily, for example an anniversary logo for a campaign.

  • Creating and switching themes: Under Brand kit > Themes you create new brand themes, for example for sub-brands, and pick the right theme per project in the editor.

  • Your own assets: Upload images, videos and graphics to the Media library, and your own music under Music.

  • Project templates: Save recurring formats as a project template.

What we set up for you

Changes to the elements fixed in the Brand Template are implemented by the cofenster team, so everything works cleanly in every video:

  • Changing intro and outro animations or setting them as default

  • Adjusting fonts and text styles

  • Adjusting transitions

How to request a change

  1. Message us here in the chat or your Customer Success Manager directly with what should change and from when.

  2. Attach the files directly: logos ideally as SVG or high-resolution PNG, plus color values and font files if relevant. Alternatively, upload the files to your media library and tell us the file names.

  3. We implement the change and let you know as soon as it is live. All new videos then automatically use the new version.

Note: Videos you already exported do not change retroactively. Simply re-export a project if it should use the updated design.
