At cofenster, brand consistency is not a matter of discipline, it is built in. Your Brand Template is set up once; after that every video is automatically on-brand: from the editor, from Ella, Theo and Milo. Off-brand simply is not possible.
How it works
During onboarding, our motion design team builds your Brand Template: fonts, intro and outro animations, text styles and transitions, straight from your brand guidelines. These elements are fixed in the template and applied automatically in every project; nobody has to look up colors or place logos. Alongside it, your brand themes live in your account: design variants with your colors and logo that you manage yourselves and pick per project. Transitions and fonts belong to the template, not the theme; the cofenster team makes those changes for you. For questions about your template, reach out to your Customer Success Manager.
The Brand kit in the app
Click Brand kit in the left sidebar. You manage four areas there:
Media library: reusable assets (videos, images, graphics) available in every video project, for example b-roll, product shots or logo animations.
Themes: your brand themes with colors and design. You see all variants (for example your default theme and themes with a special outro) and create new ones via Create theme. You can't upload fonts here; they are part of your Brand Template.
Music: your own music, in addition to the cofenster music library.
Project templates: templates for recurring video formats.
What this means for your team
Anyone on the team can create videos; the result always looks like your brand.
Rebranding or a logo update? You adjust logos and new brand themes yourselves; changes to the Brand Template (fonts, animations, transitions) are handled by the cofenster team. All new videos automatically use the new version.
Several brands or sub-brands? Create several themes and pick the right one per project.
How to request changes to your Brand Template is covered in "Requesting changes to your Brand Template".
