Your video's design comes from your Brand Template and your brand themes: fonts, text styles and transitions are fixed in the Brand Template, while colors and logo live in the brand theme. In the editor you pick the theme and control the background; everything else stays on-brand automatically.
Choosing a brand theme
Open the Design tool on the left.
Click Select next to Theme. You see your account's brand themes, for example your default theme or variants with a special outro.
Pick the right theme. It applies to the whole project.
Note: Missing the intro or outro in your video? First check which theme is selected. You adjust logos and new brand themes yourselves. If your Brand Template should change (fonts, intro and outro animations, transitions), reach out to your Customer Success Manager and our team sets it up for you.
Brand colors
Under Colors you see your theme's primary color and secondary color. Color fills from the Element tool also use your brand colors; add your own colors there via Add color. You can't change fonts in the theme; they are part of your Brand Template.
Setting the video background
Under Background in the Design tool you define what shows behind your video when it doesn't fill the format completely, for example Blurred for a soft-blurred background. You add your own background media from your Brand kit's media library, where you upload them first. Alternatively, fit the video itself to the format via Fit, Fill and Crop in the preview.
Removing the background of a single video
Select the video element and use the Remove option under Background on the left to remove the recording's background, for example for speaker videos in front of a neutral surface.
