You can save time and effort by collecting and managing data consent for video projects, directly in cofenster. All consent documents are stored in cofenster.
How to enable collecting data consent
As an admin of your company account, you can upload your consent file as a PDF in the company settings.
Once uploaded the consent requirement can be turned enabled/disabled for your company.
If enabled, participants in all of your projects are required to give consent before contributing their video. After signing, they will get the signed PDF via email.
You can find all signed consent files grouped by project name in the settings of your account in the tab "Consent" under "Collected consents".

After signing the agreement via cofenster, the system will generate a cover page which includes the name and email of the contributor, the project name, and signed date.
