Prepare video project for finalizing
In the video project, the menu at the top shows which steps can already be accepted for completion or where you still need to make necessary changes. If the checkmark is missing in these steps you can check the following:
Editing:
Have files been uploaded in each scene card? Delete empty scene cards to be able to render the video.Design:
Have all settings been made and files uploaded in the Design step? Make sure that no error messages are displayed.Text Elements:
Have you filled in all the lines of the selected text elements? Check if any texts are missing or if they exceed the character limit.
When all 4 steps are completed, you can finalize your video by clicking the Export button.
Export video
As soon as you click the Export button, a screen for finishing the video will open.
Click Render Video to start the first rendering of the video.
To complete the rendering of the video these four steps must be completed:
Preparation
In Progress
Optimization
Done
After the video is created, you can watch it in the preview window.
You are free to go back to the video project at any time to make changes to the video.
After making your changes, click Restart in the same window to trigger the re-rendering.
If you are satisfied with your video, press Download to save it to your desktop.
A new tab will open in your browser and play your video. The three dots in the video player then give you the option to download the video to your desktop.
Publish and Share Videos
After exporting the video, you will have the option to activate public sharing for the video project.
If you toggle this feature on, the video will be published with a shareable URL on video.cofenster.com and an embed code.
You can copy the link and share it with colleagues or embed the video on your intranet, social media, or website.
You will also see direct sharing options for different social media platforms to make sharing even easier.
Note that you have control over whether to activate public sharing for each project, giving you control over which projects you want to publish.

How many times can I render?
As often as you like!
How long does it take to render?
The larger the uploaded files are and the longer the final video will be, the longer it will take to render.

The exported videos have fixed dimensions for each format.
Horizontal (16:9)- width: 1920px, height: 1080px
Vertical (9:16) - width: 1080px, height: 1920px
Square (1:1) - width: 1080px, height: 1080px
Portrait (4:5) - width: 1080px, height: 1350px
