Scene card: Video

In a video card, common video files, such as mp4 or mov files can be uploaded and edited.

Manage video cards in the storyboard

Click Add scene and select Video to create a new videocard.

Upload videos from desktop

After you have created your videocards you can do the following in the Editing step:

  1. Click the upload icon in the interface to upload video files from your computer.

  2. The upload window of your computer will open. Select the file you want to upload and click Open.

  3. After successful upload your video file will be processed and will appear in the preview window.

  4. You can change the order of the scene cards at any time using drag & drop. When you change the order of the scene cards, the order of the scenes in the final video changes.

Record videos directly in the scene card

You can record a video in the scene card if your computer has a build in camera or you have a web cam connected.

  1. Click Record video.

  2. If requested by the system, enable camera and microphone for recording.

  3. In the screen you will find the icons to select the camera and microphone and to switch the positioning frame on or off.

  4. When you start recording, you will see a 3 second countdown before recording begins.

  5. An ongoing recording can be paused or stopped completely.

  6. When you stop recording you can either upload it or delete it and try again.​
