Either share the entire storyboard as usual or use different sharing lists to decide who can see or edit which scenes.
Share all video scenes
In the storyboard click on the Share button to directly access the different sharing options and permissions.
Share specific video scenes using sharing lists
Click + Sharing List within a video scene to open the sharing list menu.
Create a new sharing list by typing the name of the list and pressing Enter. Select the newly created sharing tag in the menu to add the selected video scene to your new sharing list.
The sharing tags are not visible to the project participants. Per scene, only one sharing tag can be assigned, since a video scene cannot appear in multiple sharing lists.
Once you have decided which scenes belong to which list, the Share button will give you an overview of all the sharing lists you have created.
Define permissions for sharing
Different functions can be enabled for all sharing lists and the sharing of all scenes.
Record scenes: allows project participants to upload or record videos in scenes, by default this feature is enabled. Disabling it via the toggle prevents for the project participants all uploading or editing functions of the scenes.
Add/Delete scenes: allows project participants to add new scenes, edit the texts of the scenes and delete scenes. This function is disabled by default and can only be enabled if Record scenes is also enabled.
View all video scene: allows project participants read access to the rest of the video scenes in the project, including scenes from other share lists. By default, this feature is disabled.
Disable all permissions: project participants no longer have access to the video project.
Sharing options
After you have created your sharing lists and set all relevant permissions, the next step is to share your lists. The following options are available when you click on Share Scenes in the respective sharing list:
Give access via CoCapture
In the sharing options, you can either Copy project link or Download QR code to give project participants access via CoCapture.
💡 In the sharing options click on Copy project link, to copy the link to the clipboard.
Recording and uploading via smartphone app
Using the app code, a video project can be opened in the smartphone app. The user is then shown the storyboard as a video to-do list for further editing and contribution to the video.

Send invitations via e-mail
Click in the Enter e-mail address field and enter the e-mail addresses of all the people you want to invite to your video project and click Share all scenes.
An email is automatically sent with a link and QR code to access CoCapture as well as project code to access the smartphone app.

Can I change the project code or link?
No, for security reasons this is not possible.
Is it possible to send the same link, project code and QR code to multiple people?
Yes, then all people will get access to the same sharing list.
