Workspaces
There are two workspaces available within cofenster:
Private workspaces allow you to try out your own video ideas in a secure private area. Projects in this workspace are not visible to or editable by anyone else.
Team workspaces are intended for collaboration with multiple users on a team to create and edit video projects. You have the option to create public teams here. All projects in this space are accessible to every team member that has a cofenster account.
But you can also create teams to which only selected users have access. These are the private teams.
Manage folders
Folders are helpful for organizing your video projects.
Create a new folder by clicking on Add a new folder.
Give your new folder a name and confirm it with the Create Folder button.
In each folder card you can see how many projects this folder contains.
The dots give you access to the actions Move, Rename, Archive or Delete.
Click on the folder name to go to the projects located in that folder.
Manage projects
Create your videos as projects and organize them in your account for further editing.
To starte a new project you can either click on the blue Button Create project or the field + Create project in the projects section below.
In each project card you can see under the project name when a project was last edited.
The project card also displays the selected format of the project, for example Horizontal as shown in the screenshot below, as well as the number of uploaded scenes / number of all scenes. Here 3/3.
The three dots give you access to the actions Move, Rename, Duplicate, Copy sharing link, Download, View consents, Archive and Delete.
Click on the project name to edit the project. The black play button to the right will take you directly to the final video, if the project has already been rendered.
Multiple projects can be selected at the same time for the actions Move, Archive or Delete. As soon as your mouse floats over project card, a selection box appears.
Archive
You can archive projects that you are no longer working on. This way you can keep a better overview of all video projects that are currently in progress in the start overview.
Bring already archived video projects or folders from the archive back to the start overview at any time.
