If you want to use our cofenster smartphone app, please proceed as follows:
Visit your App Store (Apple App Store or Google Play Store).
Search for cofenster.
Install and open the app.
A start screen will appear. Now enter your access code for the given video project.
Permissions
In order for you to record and upload videos with your smartphone, it is important that cofenster gets the necessary permissions.
Access via cofenster smartphone app
When you open the app for the first time, you will be asked if cofenster is allowed to access the following functions of your phone:
Allow access to camera
Allow access to microphone
Allow access to photo library
Click on the the text in the pop up one after the other to approve the access.
You can start filming and uploading, when all necessary permissions are given ✅.
Access via browser CoCapture (capture.cofenster.com)
When you open a cofenster project link, you will be asked if cofenster is allowed to access your camera and microphone by your browser.
You can start filming and uploading, when all necessary permissions are given.
