Access to the Web App

If you want to use our cofenster web app, please proceed as follows

  1. Visit https://app.cofenster.com/signin

  2. Now enter your login data and click Log In.

  3. After successful login the start interface of your cofenster account appears.

Forgot password

  1. If you have forgotten your password, follow the link Forgot password? in the login area.

  2. Now enter your e-mail address that was used for registration and click Reset password.

  3. You will receive an e-mail within 5 minutes.

  4. After you click the Reset Password button there, a new tab will open.

  5. Enter your new password.

  6. Now you can log in with your e-mail and your new password.

Account is deactivated

If you receive a message that your account has been deactivated after you have successfully entered your login data, you have the option to request a reactivation.

  1. Click the Request access button.

  2. A chat will appear which let's you directly get in contact with us.
